The owner came out to service my air conditioner and it did not take long for him to arrive. He was very polite and explained in detail what was going on. Price is reasonable and I will definitely use them again.

Pretty Cool AC is outstanding. We just had them install a new air handler and condenser, and they did the job quickly and cleanly. The workers were very polite and took their time to keep our home as clean as they found it.

Pretty Cool AC heating and refrigeration came to us in an emergency situation and stayed late into the night to make our heater work until they could replace it. They then installed a completely new furnace and central air system for us, and we love it! The staff were friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and followed up after the work was complete. Great quick service

Over the weekend, while trying to enjoy a leisurely drive in the country, we received an emergency text about the AC not working from our tenants in TX. AC in the winter you might ask, well it was including the heat as well. Needless to say, money is tight and that was just another problem since we just had the roof replaced. I looked up Pretty Cool AC on my phone and I couldn't have picked a better establishment. They were honest and fair with their pricing and didn't try to hike up the price because this was truly an unexpected emergency situation. Joseph from Pretty Cool AC was absolutely on point from start to finish. He was very attentive to our concerns and was very prompt with assigning one of his technicians to come out and not only diagnos, but also fix the problem with our HVAC system. And kept us informed about what truly had happened. Turns out that one of the tenants had tampered with the thermostat and tried to replace it without our consent. And blew a fuse. And then called us saying that they didn't know what happened but the HVAC is not working. Because of Joseph's honesty. we were able to enforce the tenants to pay for the repair because that was unauthorized tampering. They should have notified us immediately if there was a problem with the thermostat. We could have easily been out of $225.00. I cannot thank Joseph and Michael from Pretty Cool AC for their speedy repair, knowledge, honesty and overall professionalism.
